Product Description

This is a 12 week training program, with a daily HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout schedule, made up of plyometric and strength training exercises. Workouts can be performed at home with minimal equipment and have been designed to take less than 20 minutes.

Along with the daily workout schedule, we provide real time videos so that you can workout with us, in depth nutrition and lifestyle information, warm-up and cool-down stretches and much more.
